North York Moors National Park
Danby Moors Centre: a major study of the park's principal visitor centre. The study part financed by the Yorkshire Forward incorporated economic and non-economic impact assessment of the current and potential range of development scenarios. A vision was presented and its feasibility examined. Following the completion of the study, RHAtourism was contracted to process manage the first part of the implementation programme, including business planning and detailed drafting of the proposals.
Youth Hostel Association
Regional Impact Study: assessing the impact of youth hostels in the north east of England. . The study incorporated an impact assessment of the current stock of hostels in the region together with a methodology to assess future developments.
South Lakeland District Council, Cumbria
South Lakeland Gateway: team leader of a Capita consultancy project. We were responsible for the economic impact study and preparation of the operational business plan as it related to the capital and operating expenditures.
